Vegan concept is good. But to enjoy good food, healthy environment also matters. Flies all over the food. Most of the time you are just keeping the flies away from the food, from yourself. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600

Bad... like the food was bland. Too bland that Sriracha chilli egg was sweet and they asked extra to make it more flavourful. Chai was cold and didn't taste great. Pilgrim was mid. Tried the red velvet the biggest regret, I could feel the powdered sugar in the cake icing. Could have atleast used icing sugar when u charge so much. You can make this restaurant so much better by hiring a new chef. I coudnt feel or enjoy any hype that I saw online. Im wondering if its all paid review at this point. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend

Visited The Mill Cafe, Palolem for brunch and the place is definitely very aesthetic and Instagram-worthy. The café has a beautifully restored rustic vibe with peaceful interiors, stylish décor, and a relaxing brunch atmosphere. It’s one of those places that instantly looks attractive and gives a premium café experience in Goa. The menu mainly focuses on healthy food, smoothie bowls, vegan options, pancakes, burgers, kombucha, and modern brunch-style dishes. We tried a few items including smoothie bowls and coffee. The smoothie bowl quantity was good and refreshing, and the coffee was nice as well. Some dishes looked amazing in presentation, but taste can feel a little bland depending on personal preference, especially for people who prefer strong Indian flavors. The café is usually crowded during brunch hours because of its popularity and aesthetic ambience. Service was decent, and the indoor seating area feels cozy and comfortable. Parking can be a little difficult during busy hours. Overall, The Mill Cafe is a good place to visit in Palolem if you enjoy aesthetic cafés, healthy food, vegan options, brunch culture, and relaxing vibes. Best for café lovers, coffee, smoothie bowls, and enjoying the atmosphere with friends or family.
