Nireas - Healthy Haven - in Canacona is an amazing restaurant that offers a variety of healthy and delicious vegan, vegetarian, non-vegetarian and gluten-free options. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed with sofas at the back and a great ambience. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service is fast. The food is fresh and made with love. Their avocado toast, cereal bowls and smoothies bowls are great. They also have vegan pizzas that smell and taste like the real thing. Their salads are light and tasty and their iced ginger lemon honey drink is very addictive. They also offer a vegan thali and protein green salad that are both very filling. They are eco-friendly and don't give out plastic bottled water. Their cappuccino is also superb. The Hello to the Queen and anything with their Satay Sauce are highly recommended. It's a great place to work, journal or just chill with friends and family. Highly recommended!

Love the place, love the food but honestly the place is too hot to sit in comfort for a longer duration! We absolutely loved our lunch here. The menu is full of healthy options, who knew that eating healthy can be delicious too? The staff is super friendly and courteous. Very helpful and humorous. It was a pleasure dining here, such a delightful experience. The atmosphere is super relaxed with a great ambiance. Can spend hours here reading your favourite book and eating healthy food. Came back to Palolem for the 2nd time and stayed for one month, one of the big reasons being the amazing food experience at Nireas!
