am extremely disappointed with my stay at your property. The overall experience has been highly inconvenient and stressful due to multiple unresolved issues during my stay. Firstly, the AC in the room has not been functioning properly, making the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially considering the weather conditions. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no proper resolution was provided. In addition to this, there have been frequent power cuts in the property, which further added to the inconvenience. Essential facilities were continuously interrupted, causing significant discomfort and disturbance. What is even more disappointing is the attitude and response of the staff. The staff members have been highly uncooperative and indifferent towards guest concerns. Instead of resolving the issues professionally and promptly, the complaints were either ignored or delayed without any proper communication or support. As a paying guest, I expected at least basic comfort, proper maintenance, and responsible customer service from your property. Unfortunately, the experience has been completely unsatisfactory. Great place to chill out, grab a cold drink and watch the sunset. The food is pretty good too. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Card payments accepted. WiFi ok Service: 4
