Wonderful stay at The Lodhi. The gym and spa are world-class, and the rooms are spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. Loved the thoughtful chocolate and welcome gift. Great location too — peaceful yet central. Highly recommend! Service: 5

Had a truly disappointing experience at Elan (Lodhi). I had booked a table a day in advance for my wife's birthday and was promised special arrangements — a decorated table, private space, and a customized cake. But when we arrived, none of it was done. The staff had no clue, and the person who made the promise had already left. After running around for 10 minutes and expressing my frustration, the manager stepped in and tried to help — but by then, the moment was lost and my wife’s mood was already ruined. Completely unacceptable for a place like this, especially on such a special occasion. Service: 1

Right now m staying in the hotel and want to share the experience till now ... Trust me on this any 5 star never ever disrespect their guest but here even after so many complaints you will be unheard and unattended ... The authority here is very sharp minded and get away easily if you ask for any inconvenience.... so do not expect good hospitality from them ... ElAN .. the restaurant provides tasteless food and leaves you unheard and unattended ... You will feel disrespected and unattended if you choose to have your meal in the restaurant.. The manager himself didn't responded to the complains and left unattended.. so no one to hear you out Service: 1
