#Extremely Disappointed with the Staff Behaviour at Third Wave Coffee – Near Defence Colony** I’ve been a regular at Third Wave Coffee and used to visit the *Defence Colony* branch quite often—until a deeply disappointing experience changed everything. There was a staff member named #Aanand (as per his name badge) who consistently displayed extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive behaviour. During his duty hours, I often noticed him glued to his mobile phone, completely ignoring customers—including me. I would call out politely to place an order or simply ask for water, and he would pretend not to hear. Shockingly, it would take another staff member to inform him that a customer was calling, and even then, he’d respond in a rude, arrogant tone. One particular incident truly crossed all limits. I requested a glass of water—just a simple, basic courtesy. Not only did he ignore me, but he also told another staff member *not to give it to me*. This was deeply upsetting and humiliating. When I finally asked for his name before leaving, he pointed to his badge and mockingly said, "See here. Look carefully—what can you do, I will see." It felt like a threat—and no customer should ever feel intimidated in a place meant for relaxation and comfort. Since that day, I’ve stopped visiting the Defence Colony branch completely. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Third Wave Coffee, which is known for its service. I truly hope the management takes serious note of this and ensures no other customer has to go through this kind of treatment.
