Best cold coffee I’ve been a regular at Third Wave Coffee and used to visit the *Defence Colony* branch quite often—until a deeply disappointing experience changed everything. There was a staff member named #Aanand (as per his name badge) who consistently displayed extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive behaviour. During his duty hours, I often noticed him glued to his mobile phone, completely ignoring customers—including me. I would call out politely to place an order or simply ask for water, and he would pretend not to hear. Shockingly, it would take another staff member to inform him that a customer was calling, and even then, he’d respond in a rude, arrogant tone. Service: 3 Price per person: ₹1–200
