I had a very disappointing experience with The Living Room. We were planning to visit and had even checked for offers through Swiggy Dineout, which clearly mentioned a 15% discount. However, I received a call from the venue beforehand stating that this discount would not be applicable for stag entries and is only valid for couples or mixed groups. This felt misleading and unfair. What makes it worse is the justification given — that this is a “standard policy across bars.” That is simply not true. Many places honor their listed offers regardless of the group composition. Selectively applying discounts based on whether the group includes women or not is discriminatory and goes against transparent pricing practices. We were genuinely looking forward to spending time there, but this experience completely changed our perception. While I appreciate the fact that they informed us in advance, the policy itself is disappointing and poorly justified. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic where the offer is advertised broadly but restricted unfairly in practice. Overall, this kind of inconsistency and lack of transparency leaves a bad impression. I hope the management rethinks this policy and aligns their offers with what is actually advertised. Would not recommend based on this experience. Service: 1

This place is absolute class. The ambience is awesome. The food is of high quality and tasty. Above all the customer service is phenomenal. Would recommend to all. The biggest take here is that celebrities and general public are treated at par. It’s a great dining experience. The coin parotta stands out.
