Collab Cafe is easily one of our favourite spots in town. If you love food that’s both healthy and delicious, this place should definitely be on your list.We tried the Biscoff and Hazelnut Cold Coffee, and it was absolutely lip-smacking. Rich, smooth, and the perfect treat for coffee lovers.We also had the Avocado Chilli Garlic Prawn Bruschetta, which was packed with flavour and incredibly fresh but our top favourite has to be the Watermelon Feta Salad. It was refreshing, light, and perfectly balanced. We could honestly have it every day.If you haven’t visited Collab Cafe yet, do give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
