Enjoyed the food...good quality, yummy taste but service is not good. I ordered Water-melon juice for my Mom and then waited for half an hour, after half an hour waiter said it will take more 10 minutes...its better you cancel the order. I can get you something else instead of watermelon juice. My question to the restaurant management is why waiter or the captain could not tell me after 5 to 10 minutes after placing the order of water-melon juice that it is going to take time. Waiter should have said I will suggest you to order something else which I can get it for you in next 5 minutes. I don't understand why they made me wait for half an hour just for watermelon juice. I do understand there was crowd at waiting area but there is no connection of crowd and my order. It was just irresponsible behaviour or we can say mismanagement towards the customer. My Mom is 80 (senior citizen) she had to climb 25 to 30 steps. There has to be some optional way to restaurant for senior citizens. Legend Hotel, Dombivli East Legend Hotel in Dombivli East is a very good place for dining with friends and family. The food quality is generally good, the ambience is pleasant, and the service is prompt and courteous. On one visit with friends, one of the Punjabi vegetable dishes had an unpleasant smell. We informed the staff, and they immediately replaced the dish, which we appreciated. However, since the order was in a large quantity, it was a bit surprising that this issue occurred. Apart from this one instance, our overall experience has been positive. The Legend Restaurant has steep stairs and no elevator, making it very difficult for people with disabilities or elderly guests to access. The food is just average, while the menu is large, many dishes tend to be quite spicy, so be prepared if you don’t like too much heat. Overall, it’s okay for a casual meal, but accessibility could be much better and the flavors weren’t remarkable.
