This restaurant and Shitila Devi Temple can be both really attractive for tourists. Barbeque Nation is an ideal choice if you are in the mood for Chinese and Indian cuisines. It's a pleasant experience to order good panipuri, grilled prawns and grilled corn. The truth is that you will really enjoy tasty kulfi, gulab jamun and mango ice cream. A lot of visitors order delicious cordial, beer or wine. Here you may drink great lemonade, chocolate frappe or pineapple juice.

It's easy to find this place due to the great location. The positive aspect of this spot is that the staff is cool. Terrific service is something visitors like here. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Barbeque Nation today. I placed an order around 1 PM, and even after waiting for several hours, my order still hasn’t been delivered. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. There has been no update about the delay, no clear delivery timeline, and no proactive response from the restaurant. When customers place an order, they expect not just good food but also reliable service and timely delivery. Delays can happen, but the least a restaurant can do is inform the customer and keep them updated. The absence of proper communication shows poor customer service and disregard for customers’ time. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I hope Barbeque Nation improves its delivery management and customer communication, because situations like this seriously affect customer trust. Service: 1 Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

The service, food quality, and hygiene standards have seriously declined. None of the waiters were using gloves while serving food, which is very concerning from a hygiene perspective. To make matters worse, we witnessed a waiter eating leftovers from a used plate in the corner and then continuing to serve food with the same bare hands. This was shocking and completely unacceptable.The food itself was below standard. The fish from the tandoor tasted stale, and the chicken lacked freshness and flavor. On top of that, we saw a cockroach flying near the buffet counter — something no customer should ever have to witness in a restaurant.Even after informing the manager, there was no proper response or urgency. One of the waiters casually mentioned that this happens every day, which raises serious concerns about management oversight and cleanliness practices.The overall quality has degraded significantly over the years. What was once a trusted family restaurant no longer feels safe or worth visiting.Unfortunately, we don’t think we will ever return. Health authorities should seriously inspect this outlet.
