Went to Laxmi Next with one friend for drinks. It is a hotel opposite to the main gate of IIT Bombay. The price of drinks is however twice the price, but at that location and in a place like Mumbai, that’s quite acceptable. Also had paneer chilly which was really good for that price. Lunch time was full. Time appx 1500h. Aloo Paratha, white in colour was of maida, swimming in liquid butter. Aloo was devoid of taste. Completely avoidable. Since itbis busy and the restaurant did permit me yo sit longer than usual, it speaks highly of their Udupi fare and generosity. I might have chosen the wrong dish. Giving them the benefit of doubt. Avoid Aloo paratha atleast. Stick to south indian or specifically, 'udupi' fare. Pretty fast service as well. Service: 4 Location: 5
