The Krunch Story "Chapter 3 - Bistro" is pretty near St Sebastian Chapel. If you never turned out to try International cuisine, take your chance at this cafe. Many visitors come here to enjoy perfectly cooked juicy burgers, croissant sandwiches and grilled chicken. Being at The Krunch Story "Chapter 3 - Bistro", degust good croissants, chocolate burgers and banana cakes. A selection of delicious cold coffee, dark coffee or oreo milkshakes is offered to guests.
The staff is attentive that's what makes this place so nice. People say that the service is professional here. Affordable prices at this spot are good news for its customers. Absolutely disappointing experience! The food had no taste whatsoever, and to make matters worse, the place completely lacks hygiene. Tables and utensils were dirty, and when I pointed it out, the staff behaved rudely instead of fixing the issue. The owner himself was short-tempered and dismissive when I reported the cleanliness problem. If you care even a little about good food, hygiene, or basic customer respect — avoid this place at all costs. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. One of the worst Cafe i have ever visited. Pls refrain from visiting this place.. One of the worst and poorly maintained unhygienic cafes i have seen in Goa. I am an avid coffee lover, but after having coffee from this cafe, u will repent.. I couldn't give zero star as Google doesn't allow that, but trust me and don't commit the scene of visiting this cafe. With all due respect , the owner is a obnoxious lady who can't take any feedback from the customers. After telling her that she cud make some improvement in making the cafe more hygienic and serve in cleaner mugs / cups, instead of being assertive, she completely went cranky and defensive and started shouting "You outsiders are ruining our Goa". I never expected such kind of behaviour from such an elderly lady. She definitely doesn't deserve our hard earned money. She is shouting at the very same outsiders who are helping to grow her business. Better try Starbucks, which is at a stone throw distance from this shitty cafe
