Dropped by this very quaint cafe for a quick meet up. We ordered their iced teas and cold coffee both were fabulous! This cafe is suitated in a Panjim's Latin quarter next to St. Sebastian chapel. This goan heritage house is converted into a nice warm cafe, their service was quick with polite stewards and thier menu is affordable. Ambience looks mediterranean. Parking right in front of cafe is not possible as it a walking street and no motor vehicles allowed on this street. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you so much for dropping by and sharing such kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed our iced teas and cold coffee — they’re definitely customer favourites. It means a lot to us that you appreciated the charm of our heritage space and the Mediterranean-inspired ambience. We’re sorry about the parking inconvenience — the Latin Quarter’s walking-only streets do add to the old-world charm, but we understand it can be tricky. We hope to welcome you again soon for another relaxing visit!

Being a chai person, I genuinely love the diverse options of tea flavours that this brand offers. Not only have I ordered their assorted sachets in the past, but have also been recommending it to my friends! And when the owner Pooja told me about their physical outlet in Goa, I was super excited to visit! However, I had one of the worst walk-in experiences. While placing an order, they didn't have three of the items I asked for, even though it had been a while since the "tea room experience" had opened that morning. Nonetheless , I ordered and was admiring the creatively cozy setting in the old Portuguese home. While I was clicking pictures, there was a massive argument between the front desk manager and the chef. It was definitely an unpleasant experience to sit there after that. I simply picked up a postcard, cancelled my order and left. Even the other customer walked out after that. I wish it could have been different. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Dear Meenal, Thank you so much for being a loyal supporter of our teas and for sharing your enthusiasm with friends — it truly means the world to us. We’re also grateful that you took the time to visit our tea room in Goa and appreciate your kind words about the ambiance we’ve created. That said, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t reflect the standard we strive for. We sincerely apologize for the unavailability of menu items and, more importantly, for the unprofessional conduct you witnessed. What you described is far from the warm, peaceful environment we aim to offer, and we’re taking this feedback very seriously. Please rest assured that we are addressing the staffing issue internally and working on improving our inventory management to avoid future disappointments. We truly value your feedback and hope you might consider visiting us again — we’d love the chance to offer you the experience you originally came in for. Warm regards.
