I was the only one customer in the entire bar and the food was not delivered till more than 45 min and when inquired the same with service team manager replies that due to others party it will take another 15min Never expected this kind service in my life Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It was the worst service experience ever at Jazz. Every order was delivered after 1 hour. Even for the simplest juice ordered we had to wait for more than 1 hour. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
