The chef at The Irish House cooks tasty orange brownies, chocolate waffles and chocolate custard. Take your chance to taste delicious green liqueur, irish beer or draft beer. You will appreciate good chocolate frappe, juice or chocolate shake at this place.
This spot is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices here are reported to be low. There is a nice ambiance and fancy decor at this bar. 4.3 is what The Irish House received from the Google rating system.

Con Con Con....and then 1/4th Pro !__________________________CONS:A) Ordered for an Irish Lion's Chicken Tenders...chicken was rubber-y & tasteless....no hint of freshness. On top of that the "BBQ Sauce" provided was like a highly diluted version of Sambhar from a street side vendor, with a drizzle of sugar....a FAR CRY from the thick and sweet taste of it, otherwise. But Ramesh INSISTED that's what BBQ Sauce tasted like. Who am I to disagree ? Just a regular patron all of your outlets, esp. in Mumbai since pre-COVID times :-/ The Chef & his team should be given a "Bharat Ratna" for their "expertise" in making one of Irish House's signature dishes taste worse than mud ! Bravo !!B) Would like to "apologise" to the bartender - Mr. Lucky - for "destroying" his day. Even a blind man would've felt that by him serving us, HE was obligating us. No enthusiasm, no smile, no energy....having a dour demeanor.C) Overall, the staff seemed aloof and least interested in serving ....at least me. Maybe something wrong in me only ! Had to get the tissue papers myself , ask for a straw (In Mumbai outlets of Irish House, the bartenders just put these basic necessities in front of the customers sitting at the bar, without even then having to ask for them !).PRO ( @ least partly ) :The Manager - Danny - seems to be the only staff member who cared about customers .... running around checking on customers and having enormous patience.However, he's not fully bereft of blame either. He's the boss. If his staff (bar & kitchen) are acting that casual while servicing customers, that means he has ALLOWED such behaviour, either intentionally or unintentionally. The buck stops with him !Pune residents who have given this establishment a 5* rating, you are being short-charged. Come to Mumbai...and visit any of their establishments - be it at Andheri, BKC, Malad, etc. ! The staff enthusiasm & service (9/10 times) is MUCH better there.I'm ready to "treat" Danny and the Regional Head of Pune for Irish House for the same dishes and see the service standards in Mumbai.....so that you know what "service" means....learn from your colleagues in Mumbai !You guys aren't making any drinks or food that is available only at the Pune establishment...I can get it anywhere. When ur service and food sucks, it's a clear sign that you don't value me as a customer and think that money grows on trees for me ! I'm a paying customer.Danny & Pune Head of Irish House - THANKS for DESTROYING my weekend through your totally inept and inefficient staff and services !
