Was extremely disappointed with today's experience. 1. Ordered Mutton Biryani with specific instructions to cook in less oil. We still got oily biryani & upon checking we were told it must be ghee & not oil !!2. Biryani had few tiny pieces without any meat and was dangerous to eat. Basically mutton was not cut properly 3. Upon bringing above issues to someone, we got Paan Shots and nobody cared to ask if we needed any desserts instead. We got bill in no time whereas we wanted to have something in dessert and Paan shots were not what we wanted.4. Ac was too strong and upon telling a staff, not much improved 5. While we pay service charges, we expect staff t9 be attentive and serve when required. Instead entire staff was busy watching IPL & we had to always call them for whatever we wanted. When you pay so much at any restaurant, you expect good food , better service and most importantly to be treated like a customer. Unfortunately today none of these parameters worked & hence the review above.
