As a regular customer of The Irish House, I’ve always appreciated the ambience, food, and overall experience — which is why I’ve returned time and again, often with different groups of friends or colleagues.However, my visit today around 10:30 PM left me extremely disappointed. On this occasion, I politely requested the removal of the service charge from my bill — a right clearly supported by government guidelines, which allow customers to opt out of service charges if they choose.Instead of handling the request respectfully and professionally, both the manager and the staff responded rudely. Their behavior was unwelcoming, bordering on hostile, and I was even indirectly told that I shouldn’t come back if I wasn’t willing to pay the service charge. This attitude is unacceptable, especially toward a regular patron who has supported your establishment consistently.A guest’s choice to not pay a service charge should never lead to mistreatment. Hospitality should be the cornerstone of any dining experience, and sadly, today’s interaction was anything but that.I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate training is provided to ensure respectful customer interactions in the future — regardless of the situation.Disappointed,[A Concerned Regular Customer]

Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior by the Irish manager and staff. We denied to pay service charge and they said they will see us the next time when we come to visit. We mentioned that as per government norms service charge is not mandatory, he mentioned that he will see us the next time and will show us the club rules.Big no for this club, if someone wants to spoil their party then should go here.
