Opaque, with deep garnet highlights at the edges, with a large but not overly persistent head. As that settles, more light roast appears. Very clean, no esters. Very smooth, sporting a medium- Bittering and flavor hops don’t stand out, but support and enhance this wonderful concoction. Cobo Calcutta is a fusion of elegance and taste. The place offers beautiful ambience and perfect mood for your dinner date. The food prices are worth the taste but might seem overpriced to some people as they tend to provide taste and experience instead of quantity. Sushi is my personal favourite dish served by Cobo. The staff and their management is really helpful and efficient. The interior is perfectly curated to provide you with a good time and worthwhile experience. I’ve visited this place 3 times and can’t get enough of it. I’m in love with the decor. Plan your next visit to Cobo and let them provide you with a lovely experience.
