The Host is pretty near Hanuman Temple. At this place people can delve deep into delicious meals, and try perfectly cooked dal makhani, paneer and paneer tikka. Visit this restaurant for great coffee. Guests don't like wine at The Host.

I visited The Host in Connaught Place recently and was left highly disappointed the food was strictly average while the prices were way too high, completely unjustified for the quality served. It seems they have changed their food over time, and the current menu charges a premium that the taste and experience simply don’t live up to. What made the experience worse was the bill, where they added an “Optional Staff Welfare” charge of ₹217 on a bill of just over ₹2000, which is nothing but a disguised service charge and I am certain the full amount never actually reaches the staff. This practice feels misleading and unfair to customers. Overall, the place is overpriced, the food is underwhelming, and the billing tactics are questionable, making it a restaurant I would strongly advise people to avoid, especially when CP has far better options that deliver both value and taste.
