Very pathetic guest service .... the staff over there don't know how to respect customer they unintentionally spilled the water on one of the customer and rather apologize they were smiling

They take 1 hour to prepare food and it taste pathetic because it was cold and uncooked. I also found hair in my food. I want my money back.
