Extremely disappointing experience. I visited in August to discuss a retirement cake for 31st December and was told it was “too early” and that I could walk in closer to the date. I clearly mentioned the date.When I came 4 days before the event to place an advance order, they flat-out refused and said they prioritize walk-in orders over prepaid orders for New Years. What kind of business model is this? They then blamed me, saying I “must not have mentioned the date in Aug,” which is completely false.Now I’m stuck a few days before a major family event with no cake. Zero accountability, zero customer service.Their food quality has also gone downhill — the wheat pizza base I bought was horribly chewy.This place has lost its standards. Pathetic service and declining quality. Will never return, and neither will my family.
