Is this you called coffee no froth and nothing seems like coffee just coffee powder and milk. It will be more better to make coffee in home only why wasting 200 rupees on such coffee so called CCD and one more thing the number given on google of CCD is of customer care which no one answer and that call is always busy

It is with a heavy heart and deep regret that I pen this missive, recounting my recent visit to Café Coffee Day at Phoenix Mall, Alambagh. As an ardent devotee of CCD since its inaugural days at Community Centre, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, I have journeyed through numerous outlets across cities, always cherishing the warmth and quality that CCD embodies. Particularly, the Hazratganj branch in Lucknow has been a beacon of delightful experiences for me. Alas, my sojourn to the Phoenix Mall branch two days past was nothing short of a disheartening ordeal. In the throes of hunger, I sought solace in a Paneer Tikka Sandwich. Yet, after an agonizing wait, what lay before me was a woeful semblance of a meal. The image of that forlorn sandwich, though not captured in a photograph, is seared into my memory as the most abhorrent I have ever encountered. The paneer, devoid of any semblance of freshness, seemed to have been resurrected from the remnants of a past repast. To compound my sorrow, the cold coffee I ordered was a travesty. The ice cream within, frostbitten and uninspiring, rendered the beverage nigh undrinkable. Oh, Café Coffee Day, what has become of you? I seek neither discounts nor rewards, only the comforting embrace of quality and care that once defined you. Though situated at a prime locale within the mall, the Phoenix Mall outlet's service and quality fall grievously short of the standards I have come to revere. It is with a sorrowful heart that I compose this review, a stark contrast to the glowing 5-star tribute I bestowed upon the Hazratganj branch. Café Coffee Day, I implore you, heed this lament and restore the excellence that your name once promised. My soul is weighed down by this experience, and it is with profound regret that I express my deepest disappointment. So very, very sorry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
