1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited The Great Kebab Factory today with high expectations, especially considering it is a 5-star restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from start to finish. The service was extremely poor—slow, careless, and completely unprofessional. The managers were rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in handling complaints or ensuring customer satisfaction. The food quality was very disappointing. The kebabs lacked freshness, taste, and presentation. For a restaurant of this reputation, the food was nowhere near acceptable and certainly not worth the high price. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and time. This place does not deserve its reputation at all. Not recommended to anyone. I will never visit again. I have known the Great Kabab Factory in Delhi near the airport which served delicious food with amazing service. However, the experience in Varanasi is quite a disappointment. The service staff is not well trained. It would seem that we are at a common fancy restaurant in some common locality. The waiter kept the bowls on one side of the table and said help yourself to distribute to all the guests at the table... :-) Our strict recommendation of food items with no chilly was not taken into account. For example even the curd came with red chilly sprinkled over it. :-). The food's taste is not extraordinary. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹600–800
