I have known the Great Kabab Factory in Delhi near the airport which served delicious food with amazing service. However, the experience in Varanasi is quite a disappointment. The service staff is not well trained. It would seem that we are at a common fancy restaurant in some common locality. The waiter kept the bowls on one side of the table and said help yourself to distribute to all the guests at the table... :-) Our strict recommendation of food items with no chilly was not taken into account. For example even the curd came with red chilly sprinkled over it. :-). The food's taste is not extraordinary. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹600–800

The starter were great, we enjoyed it a lot but our mood got ruined when they served the main course, it was to much spices mixed together, couldn't eat had to left it. The deserts were also great, the staff were good and fast but as it start getting crowded they got slower or else everything is great, would recommend going. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend
