Barbeque Nation maintains a fairly consistent standard across cities, and our experience at the Varanasi outlet was no different. We were a large group of 17 people, and the staff—especially Vivek and Suraj—took great care of us throughout the visit. The golgappas were average, but the chicken wings were quite tasty. The pineapple on the barbecue wasn’t cooked well initially, but when we requested a different style, the team happily obliged, which we appreciated. The prawns were well liked by those who had them, and the paneer tikka was nicely done. The chicken biryani, Hyderabad style, was flavorful and well accepted by everyone. The dessert counter was a highlight, offering a wide variety including kulfis, pastries, and several other sweet options. After the starters, the full buffet featured a good mix of Indian and Chinese dishes. Personally, I really enjoyed the Cajun potatoes. Overall, it was a decent and satisfying dining experience with good food, attentive service, and a wide variety to choose from.
