The hotel is great. It has parking space, nice beautiful rooms, great service and good food too. The views are not that special. The location is also around 2 km from MG Market so it’s hard to go there by walking. But the biggest issue was the Wifi. During the entire stay we had to struggle as their wifi was barely letting us search anything and we had no other solution too bcs the cell network were also bad. If someone is hoping to expect to get some office work done there please go somewhere else. Service: 5

Hotel is at a good location but service is very poor we asked about water bottle in the room they said we don't have they gave local water to drink in the room Aslo there was a smell in the hotel . Service: 1

We have booked the hotel But my experience was very bad I have given 5000 extra for booking Mr manish rawat is not picking my call and not responding my messages Beware of this person and hotel le coxy and golden crest in Gangtok Beware beware beware
