The Game Palacio – Bandra West We visited The Game Palacio, located at Krystal Building, below Hakkasan, Bandra West, and it’s an amazing eat-drink-play destination. This place is famous for its bowling lanes, arcade & gaming activities, along with a stylish restaurant and bar. We tried their refreshing mocktails – The Upside Down and The Sun Downer, both were really well balanced and refreshing. For food, we had Prawns & Avocado Salad, Scallion Flat Noodles, Mexican Chilli Garlic Prawns, and Tofu Chaat – everything was flavourful and well presented. We ended with the Berry Bliss dessert, which was a perfect sweet finish. The ambience is lively, fun, and perfect for hanging out with friends or celebrating. If you’re in Bandra, this place should definitely be on your list!

Worst birthday experience ever. Despite booking and paying in advance for a table and a bowling alley, we faced constant pushing and overcrowding (dhakka-mukki) throughout the evening. I raised the issue multiple times in advance with both the lady and male bouncers, yet every complaint was ignored. Shockingly, one bouncer was openly encouraging other people to play for free on our paid bowling lane. PR staff casually brought their girlfriends to our table and bowling area, and one PR even took drinks from our table without permission. To make matters worse, a man wearing a sleeveless vest (sando) — clearly allowed by this “sando-only club of Mumbai” — used extremely abusive and vulgar language, including offensive remarks involving mothers. What is most disturbing is that PRs, bouncers, and even one of the owners present at the time witnessed everything and chose to do nothing. They simply stood there and watched. Let’s be honest — if such language had been used toward your sister or girlfriend, it would never have been tolerated. Stand for the truth. The environment felt unsafe, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful, especially for paying guests celebrating a private occasion. My birthday was completely ruined, and I will never recommend this place. Public note: Next time, boys and men — please wear sandos (ganjis) Apparently, this is the only club in Mumbai that proudly entertains men in innerwear Despite all this, there was not even a single apology. The PR (J*Y), who was never present to check on guest safety or comfort, suddenly appeared at billing time demanding cash. PR J*Y and the owner present that night — after witnessing the abuse and repeated complaints, no one took a stand for the truth.

Good place for a quick drink and a game of bowling. Not recommended for family dinner, music is loud. Ambiance is good. Food was amazing.
