145 Bandra delivers a really solid dining experience with good food and great presentation.The Watermelon Mojito and Mango Mojito were refreshing and perfect to start the meal, while the Oomph was flavourful and fun to try.Small plates were impressive — the Chipotle Chicken Burger was juicy with a smoky kick, and the Kashmiri Chicken with Beiruty Hummus was easily the highlight, with balanced spices and creamy hummus.For the main course, the Non-Veg Khow Suey was comforting and well-portioned. The Butter Chicken Biryani was rich, indulgent, and a fusion that worked surprisingly well.Overall, great ambience, good service, and consistently tasty food. A good spot for casual dining, dates, or hanging out with friends.

Extremely disappointing food. By the look of the place it seemed like it would be gut friendly , fresh and well made. It met the former 2 categories. But despite good ingredients the food was awful to taste. The only thing palatable was the green detox juice. The pesto chicken sandwich and the shakshouka sandwich were barely edible. The chicken was dry and the veggies albeit fresh, were just thrown together almost unseasoned or dressed. Definitely not worth the price and not worth a second visit either. If one needs to eat to survive, this would be the place.. but eat for a good experience- NO. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I had a lovely time at Kitchen Garden Bandra and it has quite quickly become my favourite spot to work in Bandra. I was attended to by Firoze, who was kind enough to recommend some great options on the menu! It’ll definitely be a regular place for me, especially because of the warm customer service:) Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
