Food delivery is a big plus of this cafe. It's time to try tasty chicken biryani, fried chicken and pizza. Clients don't like cold coffee at white elephant cafe & restaurant. A number of visitors say that the staff is gracious here. Guests mention that the service is spectacular here. Most people have noticed that prices are fair for what you receive. The fancy decor and cool atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I visited this hotel with my colleague for dinner. Even though the place wasn’t crowded, the service was extremely slow. Nothing was served unless we specifically asked for it. They gave us a water bottle but didn’t provide glasses. Even basic things like spoons were only given when we requested them. It seemed like the staff was not properly trained. Another disappointing thing was that they didn’t even change our plates. We had to eat starters, main course, and even Chinese dishes on the same plate, which felt very unprofessional for any restaurant or hotel. There were also frequent light glitches. When we asked for a finger bowl, the staff took too long to bring it. The bathroom was not in working condition and was not clean. From the outside, the hotel looks good and the food taste is fine, but the overall service was very poor. The staff’s behavior also felt a bit rude.
