I am extremely disappointed with the food I received today. It seems the kitchen staff seriously needs to learn proper cooking and maintain basic standards. I ordered through Swiggy, and the experience was very bad. Firstly, the dishes delivered did not match what I actually ordered. For example, I ordered Aloo Jeera, but what I received was Aloo Bhaja, which is completely different. Secondly, the Paneer Biryani had extremely large chunks of paneer that hadn’t absorbed any flavour at all. It clearly shows there was no care taken in preparation. Please do not cheat customers with such poor quality food. People spend their hard-earned money expecting at least the dish they ordered and a reasonable level of quality. If this is the standard being delivered, you are fully responsible for disappointing customers. Requesting you to take immediate corrective action and ensure such mistakes do not happen again. Ordered through Swiggy, gave cooking instruction and called directly also, still they sent oily and spicy food and soiled Raita, when called to complain all I heard is sorry and line disconnected, not ordering again. Food: 1 Service: 1
