I recently visited the night buffet at Carnaby at The Residency Towers, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. The standout dishes for me were definitely the pasta and the biryani—both were flavourful, well-cooked, and easily the highlights of the meal. The starters were somewhat limited, but considering it was a Monday night menu, it felt acceptable and not too disappointing. The main course spread was decent, offering enough variety to keep things satisfying without being overwhelming. Service was slightly on the slower side, which could use some improvement. However, what truly makes this place special is the ambience. The seating is quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed dinner with family. It’s the kind of place where you can genuinely spend quality time without the usual noise and rush. That said, the fish dish could definitely be improved, as it didn’t quite match up to the rest of the meal. Overall, a calm and enjoyable dining experience with great ambience, good food, and just a few areas to refine. Hello we were served by Pankaj a very attentive person who is always available to the guest needs. If you are being served by him you don't have to think also of not moving from your spot even if you are opting for a buffet. Pankaj at Carnaby made sure I was well taken care of even at a breakfast buffet.. customised my order and made me try something new that I’d have never picked myself.
