They are not worth for the one star rating itself. I bought red velvet cake for my brother’s birthday. The cake Which I got is misplaced. Absolutely disappointed! I bought a cake for my brother’s birthday, and it was STALE. The cake was dry, hard, and had a weird aftertaste — clearly not freshly made. even i haven’t bothered about how the cake looks secondly they gave a stale cake and 2 of my kids got stomach issues after few hours later. I reported this to them but they were not even bothered and asked me to return the cake to test it and asked me to wait till the results come. I returned it on may25th it’s been nearly one month but no proper response when I ask they said they are still in research It completely ruined the celebration mood. What’s worse, there was no proper response or apology when I raised the issue. Selling stale cake for a birthday is unacceptable. If you can’t ensure quality on such an important day, you shouldn’t be in the business. Definitely won’t be coming back and won’t recommend to anyone! Don’t even trust this SHOP. They are literally cheap in make those cakes If you still don’t correct you will see the downfall even i haven’t bothered about that secondly they gave a stale cake and 2 of my kids got stomach issues after few hours later. chicken cheese puff and chicken keema roll both were given without reheating. served in freezing cold condition. couldnt chew the food. very hard to heat because of chillnesss. i throwed away. very disappointed. waste of money
