The hospitality out there is pathetic, staff was mean and rude to us for no reason from the start.Went there for my birthday with my 3 year old and she was playing and enjoying, one of the staff member asked her to slow down in a very bad manner, also their behavior was mean towards us throughout.In the end, when we asked for the cake that we bought they just gave us in the paper bag that was given is by the bakery.I mean, what kind of 5 star hotel is this, where they can't present a cake on a platter. I would not recommend this to as one should humble and generous towards their customers if you are in the hospitality sector.
