I visited Sirka for the second time, hoping for a better experience, but it was disappointing again. The taste did not justify the high pricing—the food lacked flavor and freshness. On top of that, the service was extremely poor. I had to call the waiter five times before getting a response. the gravy had already gone cold.When I expressed my frustration, all I got was a casual "Sorry sir", with no sign of a manager or anyone responsible to address the issue seriously. For a place that charges premium rates, the management really needs to improve both food quality and customer service. Right now, it's not worth the money or going again.
