Overall Experience was good. Place good, but having issues related to space. Drinks are very good. Mocktails good. Food is good, requires some more work to do. Expected better food. Staff very cooperative. But overall the aura gives you good vibes.

If you're considering Clock Tower or District by Zomato for an important event, you might want to rethink. My experience trying to celebrate a birthday here was a textbook example of how poor service and bad management can completely ruin what should have been a special day. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were casually told on arrival that we would have to wait 30–45 minutes, with no certainty of being seated even after that. No apology, no concern — just blank faces and a dismissive attitude. It genuinely felt like customers were treated as an afterthought. When we contacted District for help, the support was equally underwhelming — more focused on protecting the restaurant’s image than addressing the mess they had created. Eventually, after considerable pushing, we were offered a table that was dirty, poorly maintained, and frankly not fit for purpose. This from a place that markets itself as a premium venue. Management here seems completely disconnected from the idea of customer service. Simple questions about seating rules for children led to confused, contradictory answers. It was clear they weren’t sure of their own policies — not a great look for an establishment of this supposed caliber. The entire experience left a bitter taste. Special occasions deserve better than to be mishandled by a venue that can't be bothered with basic professionalism or respect. Fortunately, there are plenty of other restaurants along Golf Course Road where guests are actually made to feel welcome. I only wish I had chosen one of them instead. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.
