Disappointing Experience at The Choco LayerHub (Manjalpur) Visited yesterday and had a really disappointing experience. First off, most items were unavailable. I asked for a hot chocolate, and the staff casually told me it would take time and suggested I order something else instead. To make it worse, the seating area was dirty—chocolate had been spilled on a chair. When I politely asked the staff to clean it, they told me it's "self-service" and that I should clean it myself. Why should a customer be expected to clean up someone else’s mess? It feels like now that the outlet is doing well, they’ve started neglecting basic customer service and respect. Definitely not the kind of treatment you expect from a popular place. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
