Biscoff was good. a little sweeter than last time. Triple Chocolate was way too salty. Please look into the proportions. Triple chocolate was great the first time I had it.

Time and again they are not serious about the packaging. Being a customer who pays 150-200 rupees shall atleast expect that the pastries arrive intact. The frosting of the cupcake was smeared on the packaging. You guys are not serious about retaining your customers. Highly disappointed. Improve the issue or there are many new/better outlets in the city who are responsive towards their customers.

EXTREMELY POOR ON SPEAKING SKILLS AND CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT, unfortunately, baked with love owner/baker lady doesn't value her customers. I with my friends went to her shop and had a bitter experience of life. We experience angry greetings from her and she is so much egoistic that she told us to go somewhere else and not visit her place in her replies. She disrespected us as customers, yet she accused us that we didn't respect her, big lying lady, pity her. Please beware before going to her shop, because she has no love for her customers. She feels superior over everyone else and will do everything in her power to create a fake image of herself in front of others. I pity her. Try out other bakeries which really value their customers. I and my friends were shocked at how she angrily attended us.

Not at all RECOMMENDED. Extremely poor customer service. STAY AWAY.
