Biscoff was good. a little sweeter than last time. Triple Chocolate was way too salty. Please look into the proportions. Triple chocolate was great the first time I had it.

Time and again they are not serious about the packaging. Being a customer who pays 150-200 rupees shall atleast expect that the pastries arrive intact. The frosting of the cupcake was smeared on the packaging. You guys are not serious about retaining your customers. Highly disappointed. Improve the issue or there are many new/better outlets in the city who are responsive towards their customers.

This is the second time I have received spilled packaging. Are you guys not serious about retaining your customers? You are charging a good amount but can't afford some decent packaging??? Highly doubtful regarding your temperament.A highly irritated ex-customer
