Just got here on a business trip from the US and my internal clock is so off we just wanted food. The other restaurants weren't open yet but The chocolate box lounge was and it's amazing! The atmosphere is so relaxing and it's clean. It reminds me of one of my favorite restaurants from home. The tea selection is amazing and the food is so good! I had a delicious chicken tika pizza and Aryan was such a great host! Very polite and made sure we were well taken care of. Great start to our trip! I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent purchase from the Chocolate Box Bakery, Radisson Blu, Sector 18 Noida, on 1st September 2025 at around 5:40–6:00 PM. We had bought a Chocolate Truffle Cake worth ₹2,700 for a special occasion, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The cake turned out to be excessively sweet with very low flavor, which did not meet our expectations. We were looking forward to an indulgent cake from your bakery, but the quality fell short and left my family quite disappointed. That said, I would like to highlight that our overall experience at the Café was very good—the food and coffee we ordered were excellent, and the service was also appreciable. It is only the cake that let us down, especially as it was meant for a celebration. I have attached a picture of the cake for your reference.
