Their food quality is simply superb without a doubt. However, their Service levels are somewhat pathetic at some of their locations. We recently had a terrible experience at their outlet in DLF Mall of India at Noida wherein one of our orders had a soft drink refill and inspite of they not informing us at the time of Ordering that we should carry the same paper cup for refilling, the outlet staff refused to provide a refill (inspite of we paying for the refill) and had to take it up to the outlet manager for a resolution. This has put us in a very embarrassing situation. On top of this, Taco Bell staff do have a practise of asking for “TIPs” while taking an Order and we are surprised why there should be any TIPs to be offered for a take away order where they do nothing except preparing the food and we collecting it from their counter (no table service). This leaves a customer very uncomfortable. Vivek at the food counter is unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Some fries in our order were out of the fries pouch. And we were denied a straw for our drink. When we requested for a straw, we were only said "serve nhi hoti' multiple times in a rude tone. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everything is good except food, service, atmosphere. Rude behaviour of staff and extra charging on every food items.
