As we entered the place we thought it will really good. But no.. We just sat the person came asking order we politely said we are waiting for one more frnd to join us. He immediately said we can't just sit, you have to order he said then we did that..wen we have done having lunch we were just chatting for over 5minte. The server came up and said we cnt sit for longer and the owner will shout at the customer he stated .we Understand if the hotel is full off customers we can give way for them but it was empty.. they did not remove the plate till we paid the bill. One thing is that no proper fan in place no proper response. Very very disappointed. With the service. Think before you visit this hotel. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi MelwinOurs is a quick service restaurant meant to have a quick meal and leave. We do not allow meetings over lunch, it's a matter of policy and there is a board put up inside the restaurant stating the same. U came at 12.30 and left at 2.30 pm, occupied a table meant for 4 people a full 2 hours,ordered snacks and coffee worth 300 bucks, and u r complaining. There are certainly sufficient fans, and also an AC section which u could have opted if it was too hot. We certainly do not want you or ur type of customers at our restaurant. Goodbye
