Locals recommend Chinese dishes at this restaurant. Food delivery is an important advantage of Beijing Bites - Indiranagar. But google users rated this place and it didn't earn a high rating.
The ambience is fairly average with limited seating—just a handful of tables. We visited on a Saturday evening and the place was full. There was only one waiter attending to all the tables, so the service was understandably a bit slow but still polite and efficient. Dishes were well-prepared. Pricing feels slightly on the higher side considering the basic ambience, but it’s justified by the location. Recommended dishes include the pan-fried chicken momos, crispy Peking chicken, and dragon chopsuey—all were packed with flavour and well-balanced sauces. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Dragon Chicken, Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Manchow Soup, Wantons Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Dietary restrictions: Options for dietary restrictions like vegan or gluten-free are limited.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been a loyal customer here for years — emphasis on had been — until today's masterclass in how not to treat your guests. After a long day at work, all I wanted was to sit down and enjoy some wontons. I walked in alone, which apparently made me invisible to the staff. I had to practically wave a flag to get the waiter’s attention, and when he finally decided to acknowledge my existence, I was graced with a monotone "It'll take 20 minutes, is that okay?" — as if I was doing him a favor by showing up. But wait, it gets better. When I shared polite feedback about the lackluster (read: awful) service, I was met not with concern or even basic courtesy, but with pure audacity. Yes, the food is good — I won’t lie. But if you're into being ignored and spoken to like an inconvenience, you're going to love the customer service here. Dear management: I truly hope this reaches someone who cares, because the way your staff treats paying, loyal customers is driving your reputation straight into the ground. Food may bring people in, but service is what keeps them coming back — or in this case, walking away for good.
