This cafe specializes in Chinese and Italian cuisines. Take a break and order tasty roti and perfectly cooked filet américain. Food delivery is a big plus of The Chaap club. The hospitable staff meets you at this place all year round. A number of reviewers have noticed that the service is professional. This spot is associated with the cool atmosphere. We went to this pathetic restaurant on 15 June at 9 pm , they took more than 20 minutes to reach at our table to take order( despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty). After taking our order they forget to serve as if they are least concerned about the order. Despite multiple requests to bring our order they took nearly 30 more minutes to serve us soup only. I ordered Rajma and plain roti for my father , but the person taking order told me that rajma is available in combo , I requested to bring rajma combo with roti and told him that we are ordering combo just to have rajma with roti, we also ordered cheese mushroom seekh , soya fish and Chinese thali. After so much of waiting my son started crying because of hunger, my father who is diabetic and had his medicine and injections just before coming to this restaurant was also feeling bad for the delay as after taking his medicine he should get his meal within half an hour. Finally the guy come with food at 10:15 pm after a waiting period of 75 minutes.The portion size was too small so we were not in a position to order more food as the time they were taking to serve was extremely long, moreover rajma and rice was mixed together and roti was not at all served. My father ate few spoon of rajma rice and refused to have anything more from this place ( worst thing for a son) We were fed up and requested to bring something which can be prepared soon. So I ordered maxican pizza and two soft drinks and one Oreo shake for rest of my family. After a waiting period of 15 minutes I went to billing counter and told the whole experience, but the guy sitting there was so clumsy that he act like nothing was happened. I asked him to generate my bill , He charged for everything we ordered and never received. We end up paying for the things we never had. So guys be careful they are scammers ( no work ethics, professionalism or courtesy). Don't get trapped from Google ratings as I get.
