This place had been in my list for long and m happy to finally tick it off.To begin with many of my friends already celebrated their special days here n went gaga over the decoration and food.So this time on my anniversary i had to book this place.i m absolutely satisfied with the food and ambience and the staff z courteous n cooperative.We just loved the vibe of the place.They go beyond their means to make your day special.The bbq chicken pizza was the showstopper n worth mentioning.

I recently visited The Car Spa Bistro to celebrate my birthday, and I must say, it was a huge disappointment. What was supposed to be a memorable occasion turned into an absolute nightmare. **False Advertising:** The photos shown online during the booking process are completely misleading. The ambiance in reality is nothing like the aesthetically pleasing images they display on their website and social media. The place looked rundown, poorly lit, and lacked any charm or character. It felt like we had walked into an entirely different restaurant. **Abysmal Hospitality:** The service was abysmal from the moment we walked in. The staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed utterly disinterested in providing any level of decent service. We had to wait an excessive amount of time just to be seated, despite having a reservation. Our server was unfriendly and acted like they were doing us a favor by taking our orders. **Disgusting Food:** The food was the final nail in the coffin. It was absolutely disgusting. The dishes were cold, tasteless, and poorly presented. It was evident that little to no effort was put into preparing the meals. My birthday cake, which I had requested to be brought out at a specific time, arrived late and was not even the flavor I had ordered. The entire dining experience was a letdown from start to finish. **Ruined Birthday:** What was meant to be a special celebration turned into a ruined evening. My mood was completely dampened, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It’s truly a shame that such a highly anticipated event was marred by such a terrible experience. **Final Thoughts:** I would strongly advise anyone considering The Car Spa Bistro to look elsewhere. The misleading advertising, terrible hospitality, and awful food are not worth your time or money. There are plenty of better dining options out there that actually deliver on their promises.
