I'm wondering how much money needs to be paid to get truly good, fresh food in Kolkata. 15-20 years ago Mainland China used to be amazing, but now it's at the level of Chowman and other low quality restaurants catering to uncouth wannabes. I'm wondering if there's a service available in Kolkata for those who don't mind spending money but expect top notch quality in return.
