We visited this café on a weekday morning for breakfast. The ambience, which looked beautiful on its website, was almost as expected in person. It was pleasantly quiet with not many people around, and the staff were courteous and attentive. We tried both the veg and non-veg croissant sandwiches, which were fresh and tasty. The coffee options were satisfying as well. Overall, a cozy café worth visiting at least once for a relaxed breakfast. Pics of this cafe attract almost all my friends to know its location. Extremely overhyped cafe! The food from this place got me sick!!! I was meeting my friends from abroad and “The Camden Lane” did lower the benchmark to square one. The service was disappointing. Was asked to hurry up with my order multiple times contradicting with cafe cultures where one can chill and enjoy food w/o time constraints. Not only that the music was so loud, couldn't hold conversations and AC temp was lowered. All of this was done so that we'd vacate the place soon (more than 5 tables we empty so why the hurry?). Pasta portions were surprisingly small. Not enough for even a kid. Quality was similarly bad, it got me sick. As if that wasn’t enough, the café charged me for stuff I had not even ordered and upon requesting them to rectify it, they refused and I had to pay the full amount. Overall huge scope for improvement which should be taken into consideration soon, if they want to still be in the game. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this to my circle.
