Tldr: Pathetic service and poor management with no accountability. Made us wait 30 minutes for an item not in stock and gave a poor response upon realizing their mistake. Came here to have their matilda cake. The waiter told us to wait 20-25 minutes for it. They were out of matilda cakes which the waiter did not inform. After 30 minutes another waiter came back saying that we havent ordered anything and when we told about our previous order, he informed us that they were out of matilda cakes. The manager initially tried to avoid all accountability by deflecting the blame on us by saying that no waiter will tell 20-25 mins when the item is not in stock. Luckily we remembered the waiter in question who agreed to his mistake. The manager then gave a very forced apology and was barely bothered having wasted our time. I understand such mistakes happen time to time but there should at least be a sincere apology especially from the manager. Better to avoid places that do not respect their customers time and can't communicate basic things. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other

“The Camden Lane is a visual treat! ”. If you’re looking for a café with Insta-worthy vibes, this place should top your list. The 2D-themed décor is simply stunning – you literally feel like you’ve walked into a comic book. From the furniture to the walls and even the cutlery, every detail stays true to the black-and-white 2D illusion. The food is equally delightful. We tried the Chicken Croissant and Biscoff Cheesecake, and both were spot on in terms of taste and presentation. The mocktails are refreshing—highly recommend the Rose Florodora. Service was polite and quick, and the staff explained their signature dishes well. The café is cozy but a bit small, so it can feel crowded during peak hours.
