Being at this place, try perfectly cooked chips and guacamole, california rolls and hummus. Taste good cheese croissants, biscuits and tiramisu. Ambience is just like any other Cafe in Pune, but the food is terrible. 1. Cappuccino tasted below average and what's with the size of cup? It was so much smaller then the standard cappuccino cup! 2. Next we had Bombay sandwich, which surprisingly doesn't contain potato filling. It was toasted in a loooooot of butter and the sides were so chewy and thick it hurt my gums. Filling was also pretty bland. 3. After that we had pink sauce pasta which seriously lacked vegetables. All it had were olives and they also tasted weired. 4. Taste wise the food was seriously overpriced. If I'm not wrong, service charge was around 8-10%, which is too much when the waiter doesn't even serve your food. 5. How can a cafe go wrong with water!? Regular water was tap water, not even filtered RO. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I have visited Zen Cafe on multiple occasions in order to experience a better result the next time but it kept getting worse. The service here is the most off putting with no regards to the customer’s requests. The food is really bland (trust me, I love subtle cuisines but this isn’t even that) I never critique a place so much but Zen Cafe has just proved it time again and given me every reason not to give them any further chances.
