I recently visited The Brothers in Amritsar and had the king-size Amritsari chhole kulche, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior was beautifully designed, giving a perfect mix of tradition and modern comfort. The seating was spacious, and the overall ambiance was lively yet peaceful. Now coming to the food—the star of my visit. The king-size Amritsari chhole kulche was absolutely delicious. The kulche were crisp on the outside and perfectly soft inside, stuffed with a flavorful mix of mashed potatoes, spices, and herbs. They were served fresh and hot, straight from the tandoor, with a generous dollop of butter melting on top. The chhole, cooked in a rich, spicy gravy, had the perfect balance of flavors—tangy, slightly spicy, and packed with authentic Punjabi taste. The dish was accompanied by a side of fresh yogurt, tangy pickles, and crunchy onions, adding an extra layer of taste to the whole experience. The portion was huge, making it a truly satisfying meal. Every bite was a burst of flavors, and I could tell that a lot of effort had gone into maintaining the authenticity of the dish. It was hands down one of the best Amritsari kulche I’ve ever had. Apart from the food, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to serve. They made sure we were comfortable and checked in from time to time without being intrusive. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the service was smooth, and the wait time was minimal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the food to the ambiance and the hospitality, everything was just perfect. If you are ever in Amritsar, this place is a must-visit for an authentic and fulfilling Punjabi meal. I would definitely go back again! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
