I am Ritesh Malekar, owner of Angreji Bite’s Pizza, and a long-standing, regular customer of Bread Basket, Samta Colony, Raipur. About an hour ago, I purchased 2 packets of jumbo bread and 10 packets of burger buns from your outlet. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product quality. I am attaching photos for reference—the items were clearly damaged and not in acceptable condition. As a brand that charges premium prices, this level of quality control is disappointing. If you represent yourself as a premium brand, then product handling and staff training must reflect the same standards. This is not the first time I have faced this issue, which makes the experience even more concerning. As a food business owner myself, I understand how critical consistency and quality are.
