Gobi tikka was under cooked, very salty and they had not provided the green chutny as well, which is standard for any tandoor item. Batter on all the gobi pieces are raw and looks as if they had not cooked even for few mins.

I chose this restaurant after being drawn in by the name "Bistro" — I was expecting an Indo-Italian or continental-style menu. However, upon going through the menu, I was a bit surprised and slightly disappointed as it didn’t align with the vibe the name suggested. That said, since the place was completely empty at the time, I didn’t want to leave without giving it a fair try. I stayed and ordered from their menu out of respect for the effort put into the place. I’m sharing this feedback with a genuine intention — if the menu could include a few dishes that reflect the essence of a bistro (like light continental or Italian-inspired items), it might match expectations better and create a stronger connection with the name. But I’m rating 5 star to the service. Wishing the team the best — I truly hope to see the place evolve and attract more happy customers in the future!
