I went to the Mudiali outlet on Sosthi for lunch and ordered 1 chicken and 1 mutton biriyani. While I was having the chicken pc I found the neck side cold but the next bite was OK. After a while on a later bite I found that the same cold meat feel. I then realised that these pieces were precooked and later heated in a micro, stuffed inside biriyani and served. I pointed out the matter at reception but he was indifferent. Dear Biriyanishk, if you want to survive, control your lust for profit and concentrate on quality or you will not survive too long.
