I visited this restaurant recently and was extremely disappointed. I ordered Shahi Paneer but what I received looked and tasted like a basic curry with no distinct flavor. It lacked the royal touch Shahi Paneer is known for—completely underwhelming and not worth the price. To make things worse, the service was unprofessional. Staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. What bothered me the most was the clear partiality in their behavior—people dressed more "stylishly" or expensively were treated with extra attention, while others were ignored or served with attitude. It was uncomfortable and unfair. Restaurants should offer good food and equal respect to every customer, regardless of their attire. Unfortunately, this place failed on both fronts. Very disappointed with The Big Burger. The food quality was extremely poor. I tried their biryani, and it was the worst I’ve ever had—tasteless and oily. I even complained to the owner, but they didn’t respond properly or try to resolve the issue. On top of that, the prices are too high for such low-quality food. Not recommended at all.
