We visited The Big Barbecue, Marathahalli on February 26th and handed over our 5-month-old Mercedes-Benz to their valet. Being cautious, we even asked if he was comfortable handling it and offered to park it ourselves, but he confidently assured us it was no issue. Just 35 minutes later, we were informed that our car had a “small scratch.” Expecting a minor dent, we were horrified to see it severely damaged under a collapsed wall! Shockingly, staff admitted that the wall had no cement and was only meant for storage—a major safety hazard. Instead of taking responsibility, the valet team disappeared, and the restaurant staff laughed, dismissed our concerns, and refused accountability—even after police confirmed the damage. This was pure negligence, and the handling of the situation was shocking. If this is how they treat customers and their property, think twice before visiting this restaurant. Update: they are recently issued a notice from FSSAI for not maintaining basic hygiene in the food cooking, food storage and serving area.

Worst experience and not worth the hype by seeing reviews. Worst crowd management, cold barbeque, no item in buffet are few thing to be noted. Tasteless item in barbeque except fish none were worth . Fake reviews! Horrible Horrible Horrible Food! Pathetic service! Went there with a team of 8, and everybody was making fun of the quality of food. We were honestly very confused how can a restaurant cook everything that bad. I don’t know why these guys are even running the restaurant.
